Dr. Carmel Foley is a Project TEACH Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, and Assistant Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Cohen Children’s Medical Center and Long Island Jewish Medical Center at Northwell Health. She received her medical degree from National University of Ireland, Galway Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
