As New York State's psychiatry access program for clinicians, we are proud to be a leader and trusted resource for mental health consultation, education and referral services. Our unique position and collaboration with healthcare and mental health clinicians across the state allows us to support thousands of children, adolescents and perinatal patients each year. Simultaneously, our team is strengthening clinicians through our training programs and providing services that bridge the mental health and physical health communities.

The role will be split between two main functions: (1) providing consultation services to clinicians and (2) developing and delivering educational training programs to mental health and allied professionals. Open to NYS-licensed professionals, this position is primarily work from home, but will require periodic travel to in-person meetings and training events throughout New York.
Download job descriptionThe Liaison Coordinator (LC) is a key member of the Project TEACH Maternal Mental Health (MMH) team as they triage cases, provide referral support, offer direct patient linkage services, manage evaluation services and help facilitate trainings for New York State (NYS) clinicians and professionals that serve pregnant and postpartum individuals. An important liaison between healthcare clinicians, mental health services and those who serve perinatal patients across the state, this front-line position coordinates to and from each of these areas on behalf of Project TEACH (PT) to best assist maternal mental health cases presented via our clinical consultation line. Open to NYS-licensed professionals, this position is primarily work from home but will require periodic travel to in-person meetings and training events throughout the State.
